needs. The ServoMaster Series Feeds offer modular design and construction at the most competitive
market prices. Rugged and precise construction of the feed head and exceptional quality of
components make this series of servo feed lines the "best value in the industry". Starting with the
Series 1 with 2.25" dia. rolls through the Series 4 with 4.0" dia. rolls, these feeds are capable
of processing materials from .010" to .250" thick. Standard machine widths range from 6" to 54" .
Production rates up to 300+ SPM are available with our high-torque low-inertia drive packages.
Standard equipment for these feeds include AC brushless servo motor, non-stretch Kevlar drive belt,
cluster gear drive of upper roll, single cylinder raise upper roll with adjustable pilot release
stroke, and many others.

 Power Straighteners
The 175 Series of power straighteners is designed
to provide the speed, torque, and straightening
capability required for light gauge stamping
applications. These power straighteners are typically
matched with the ServoMaster Series 1 servo roll feeds
and 2,500# capacity coil reels. Extensive standard features such as oversize crodon coated pinch rolls, seven
(7) independent straightening rolls, a cluster gear
driven drivetrain,
AC variable speed drive
technology, and many others are provided to make these
straighteners an exceptional value. Extensive optional
equipment can be combined to meet a wide range of
material straightening applications. These straighteners
offer modular design and construction as the basis for

 Coil Reels
COE Press Equipment manufactures Coil Reels with
capacities from 2,500 lbs. to 60,000 lbs. and widths ranging from 12" to 84" . Both motorized and
pull-off type reels are offered depending on the application and line configuration. All capacities
are available as single-end or, for increased production efficiency, double-ended reel
configurations. COE reels feature a unique bearing tube support of the mandrel using dual cup
and cone roller bearings. Coil handling optional equipment includes traveling coil cars, coil
lift stations, traveling upenders, coil storage racks and turnstiles. Productivity optional
equipment includes coil hold downs, hold downs with motorized endwheels, coil keepers, power coil
guides, and automatic backtension systems.
